Hi, I'm Lisa Connell. In 2006, I was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumour, a life-changing moment that set me on a mission. Through my own personal journey of living with a brain tumour, I have dedicated myself to raising awareness and funding for brain tumour-related causes. Now, through my platform, influentialstars.org @1nfluentialStars, and a variety of other charitable causes, I continue to make an impact. My goal is to raise as much as I can to support brain tumour-related causes, including funding crucial research and care. Alongside this, I work to shine a light on the profound impact of living with a brain tumour, a reality faced by many who often suffer in silence. Brain tumours do not discriminate; they can affect anyone, at any age or stage of life. With the unwavering support of #TeamConnell, I’m confident that together we can make a lasting difference. Whether through fundraising, advocacy, or simply spreading awareness, every step we take helps change lives and brings hope to those affected by brain tumours. But my mission doesn't stop there.
