MOFATE, the Mobile Facilitation Team, is a scientific platform established on November 9, 2023, registered with the Ministry of Community Development, Gender, Elderly, Children, and Special Groups in Tanzania (registration number 00NGO/R/5314). MOFATE connects healthcare professionals to enhance services, foster talents, and promote creativity and innovative ideas. It brings together nurses and midwives for presentations both online and offline, involving various healthcare facilities from dispensaries to regional hospitals, educational institutions, and community organizations. MOFATE uses health digital Artworks, including designing artworks to disseminate ideas, setting up presentation venues, and promoting through websites and social networks. MOFATE aims to support healthcare professionals, particularly nurses and midwives, by providing platforms for sharing knowledge and ideas with leaders, policymakers, and stakeholders in the health sector.
