QARA exists to equip, inspire, and empower twenty-somethings to find their God-given identity and calling. When you know the Why, you are able to discover your True North. QARA means calling: we are in the business of helping millennials explore their Why, uncover their God-given identity, and find the True North for their lives. This purposeful approach will inspire a new generation to find peace, purpose, and potential. Twenty-somethings living the rest of their lives with greater significance will lead to a flourishing world. Our goal is to provide valuable services not only to millennials, but also to those who influence millennials. We offer workshops and consulting services for organizations looking to engage their millennial employees, students, or parishioners. For individuals, our services include: -Coaching: Through individualized discussion, assessment, and planning, coaches help you discover your God-given identity and calling and live into that reality. -Blog: Find high-quality, curated content on calling and a variety of topics relevant to millennials on our blog at Qara.org. For organizations, we offer a variety of services as well: -Sponsored coaching: Organizations that want to provide coaching and mentorship services for their members can gain access to QARA's network of vetted coaches, trained for the needs of millennials. -Consulting: Organizations looking to better engage their millennial employees, students, or parishioners can find help with QARA's consulting services, either on-site or remote. -Workshops: Those looking for content related to calling or engaging millennials can opt for shorter half-day to multi-day workshops with staff and/or leadership.
