Foundation Nepal (SFN) is a non-governmental and non-profit organization founded by a group of energetic and motivated public health practitioners from Chitwan Medical College in 2072 BS. Carrying the aspiration for building a healthy community through preventive approaches, SFN has been actively working for the improvement of the health and wellbeing of people and has been taking initiatives to advocate for health, equality, and inclusion at the community and policy level.
