Offshore Wind Environmental Professionals

We invite you to become one of the founding members of Offshore Wind Environmental Professionals (OSWEP). As a founding member, you will be asked to help define the mission and goals of OSWEP. Initially, the group is envisioned as a place to discuss and collaborate on issues of environmental and social importance to the future of this burgeoning industry. As environmental professionals who are working at the forefront of new regulatory oversight and scientific expansion, you have an opportunity to share lessons learned and establish best practices. In addition, this working group will provide an opportunity to expand and diversify the network of environmental professionals working in the offshore wind energy space, allow for greater collaboration and extol the importance of our work outside of the industry. Please join us to help define OSWEP’s priorities. OSWEP will be a working group of the National Association of Environmental Professionals (NAEP). Your NAEP membership will qualify you for participation in OSWEP. If you are not already a member of NAEP, please join. Once you have joined NAEP, please indicate your desire to participate in OSWEP by joining the OSWEP listerve. We will assemble the new OSWEP membership and confirm your participation. OSWEP’s official inaugural meeting will be held in-person at IPF in April 2022. During this meeting, we will elect leadership and establish goals and priorities. We hope that you will join us and encourage others to do so.
