ABOUT OWFA
The Offshore Wind Foundations Alliance (OWFA) is a coalition of seven European companies producing offshore wind foundations: CS Wind Offshore (Denmark), EEW Special Pipe Constructions GmbH (Germany), SIF Netherlands BV (the Netherlands), Smulders Projects (Belgium), Steelwind Nordenham GmbH (Germany), Windar Renovables (Spain) and Haizea Wind Group (Spain). OWFA members have already produced more than 11,000 monopiles and transition pieces, carried out approximately 300 projects producing around 44,000 MW of energy, and collectively employ almost 7,000 workers, making them a critical part of the European offshore wind sector and energy transition.
