Their professional paths crossed in the healthcare construction space, where both saw the opportunity to build a new kind of BPO — one grounded in Australian business values, but powered by smart offshore delivery. Jackson began outsourcing construction admin and drafting roles to the Philippines, while Will led the setup of operations on the ground, embedding local teams trained specifically to meet Australian standards.
