We at OtPS, work with complete transparency by using modern secure web-based technology where copies of contracts and agreements are made available to every registered owner along with any relevant agreements. We also regardless of size of the owner’s corporation establish a committee and elect a chairperson and secretary to truly represent the voice of the all the owners. We at the OtPS as then act on the instructions of the Chairperson. We also foster a community of sharing and communications which is done by providing a “my-community” allowing owners to freely and quickly communicate with each other without the need to organise formal meeting. The current financial position of the owner’s corporation at a glance, that way every decision presented to the committee can be made from an informed position. We at OtPS also provide a ticketing system through the my-community portal allowing owners and committee to provide request and track the progress of the request. The implementation of the ticketing system allows for OtPS to report back periodically to the requestor of service.
