Founded in 1972, OFMQ was chartered as a non-profit organization of licensed medical professionals to oversee peer review initiatives across the Sooner state. Today, though we maintain the medical review expertise foundational to our business, OFMQ has expanded to become Oklahoma’s premier partner for quality improvement resources.
