We enable Online-To-Offline (O2O) commerce. We enable people buy and sell goods and services via existing text based messaging services and USSD based banking apps either physically or remotely. Our customers do not need to download an app. We helps businesses exchange real-time text messages, and accept payments from customers – all within the conversation. Smart phone or not, customers can chat with businesses via SMS, and complete transactions by simply texting the payment amount to a smart code number assigned to the business. We enable businesses easily respond to support questions, sales inquiries, schedule appointments, or take orders with no phone calls, enabling them engage customers and complete transactions, real-time. We created an Artificial Intelligence powered chatbot which leverages USSD (Unstructured Service Supplementary Data) to provide messaging based order management and payment processing services. Integrated into the USSD payment options of all Nigerian banks to leverage on the trust that users have in their banks to enable them feel secure about making and receiving payments with the service.
