In this role we: --Develop a deep understanding of the client’s business and strategic goals and objectives --Establish relationships with the management team --Identify potential legal issues and devising the best business solution – not simply the best legal solution – to help the client reach its goals --Work with the management team to develop and implement legal strategies consistent with the strategic plan --Help control outside legal costs through supervision of matters, monitoring of time and costs, and negotiation of rates Further, OGC provides services in the following practice areas: +Entity formation and internal operating or shareholder agreements +General corporate business work +Commercial contracts, licensing agreements and strategic transactions +Trademark, copyright and other intellectual property protection +Technology, software and Internet legal matters +Litigation claims analysis and strategic counsel +Corporate governance, board and shareholder resolutions, consents, directors meetings, shareholder meetings, and minutes +Employment matters, including hiring, retention, compensation, termination and employee handbooks
