We seek buy-out positions where we can bring modern digital marketing and business development/sales strategies while automating operational activities through the introduction of technology and raising capital. We are targeting businesses in the distribution, manufacturing/wholesale and services sectors that will at least double in EBITDA within 3-5 years as a result of this approach.
Our investment criteria is focused on specific industries, business types and financial history that best meet our philosophy for growth:
Industry – We are looking for businesses in distribution/wholesale, manufacturing and service based industries.
Company – We are looking for companies that have been in business for 10+ years and have a strong, loyal repeat customer base. Current growth of target businesses has been from word of mouth and there is a clear path to 2X EBITDA growth by deploying Ogdon Ventures strategy.
Financials – We are looking for multi-year EBITDA positive companies from $500K to $3MM.
