The idea came to life after numerous visits to distilleries around Europe and discovering the rich and extraordinary deep flavour of the Arctic Raspberry, unique to my region and latitude. I wanted to capture the wild, special taste of Swedish Lapland and the subarctic flora that surrounds me. After more than a hundred single runs in an original copper still, distilling all the wild botanicals and herbs that I could forage, I sorted all the samples into categories based on taste and fragrance and bottled the first ÓGIN.
Every botanical is handpicked, always distilled when freshly harvested and carefully balanced to create a refined small batch Gin without any compromises. A season captured in a bottle, unique and naturally different each year. Enjoy.
