I work this way because I see that most marketing leaders would need to stop the world to be able get their strategic thoughts together, out of their heads onto paper - but the day job is relentless. Many end up frustrated that they can’t get their strategy articulated, shared, and independently challenged. And then they are forced into the approach of briefing someone else to write it for them - often meaning it doesn't feel like their own, or it feels like there is an agenda from the agency that wrote it.
