Then, via our revolutionary automated processes we achieve absolute control over every flavour parameter – using a fraction of the energy of traditional pot distillers. The result? Consistently exceptional, distinctive spirits. But how do we do this? We employ a low-temperature distillation technology that fractionates the aromatic components of the spirit during distillation so efficiently that we can separate them completely. This allows us to mix them after distillation and determine the optimal concentration of each component. We have spent years refining and certifying our hyper-efficient plant and processes. With 100% renewable energy powering our fully automated plant, we can produce up to 1,500 bottles per hour with almost zero waste – and precise flavour profiling to the last drop.
