Oh Good Eats

Nearly 23% of the population above the age of 30 years and nearly one in two of those above 50 years suffer from diabetes* in Mauritius. One of the highest prevalence of diabetes in the world! Truth is, sugar is everywhere! It’s hidden in plain sight, within many of the foods in the grocery store. It’s sneaky, addictive and so pervasive in the foods we commonly consume that our brains have actually been wired to expect sugar, to crave it constantly. Being an optimistic advocate, Vinal Ramdenee, Founder of Good Eats Ld, decided to find the solution by myself, after all change start from within. He embarked on a journey as a WILDFIT coach in 2020 and together with his expertise in Finance; He took up the challenge to create change, one individual at a time. Today, he is on a mission to revolutionise health education, to change mindsets, and to help individuals from all walks of life to make healthier choices for greater benefits. Beyond the physical health, he addresses emotional, social, spiritual and intellectual health to provide a whole-body solution. He is a firm believer that we are what we consume!
