The Ohio School-Based Health Alliance (“Ohio Alliance”) understands that healthy kids learn better. As a statewide professional organization, the Ohio Alliance advances high quality, sustainable models of health care in school settings. The Ohio Alliance is committed to improving access to quality, timely health services through school-based health care to ensure that every student is healthy and better able to learn.
For 30 years, school-based health centers and partnerships in Ohio have been improving the health and education outcomes of the students that they serve. School-based health clinics and partnerships have served as a critical pathway for providing necessary health services to students with the greatest risk for poor outcomes. At a time where our children and youth are experiencing greater and more urgent health needs, the Ohio School-Based Health Alliance works to strengthen and expand access to school-based health care across the state.
