The Mayor's Office of International and Latino Affairs (OILA) connects Indy residents to the international community and enhances the quality of life of Indianapolis' Latino residents. The office is responsible for developing and managing all International and Latino initiatives and policies. OILA works with local community stakeholders to identify and resolve issues facing the International and Latino community.
