Mayor's Office of International & Latino Affairs-Indianapolis

The Mayor's Office of International and Latino Affairs (OILA) connects Indy residents to the international community and enhances the quality of life of Indianapolis' Latino residents. The office is responsible for developing and managing all International and Latino initiatives and policies. OILA works with local community stakeholders to identify and resolve issues facing the International and Latino community. Additionally, OILA provides expertise on policy, enhances civic engagement, and manages public and private partnerships that serves Indy's International and Latino communities.
