Ok Tedi Development Foundation (OTDF) is a dynamic organisation that delivers projects to communities through a unique partnership between mining, the people and government of Papua New Guinea. OTDF is mandated to ensure the wise and sustainable use of the wealth created from mining operations for future generations; something everyone at OTDF takes very seriously. OTDF is a not-for-profit organisation, operating independently of Ok Tedi Mining Limited since 2010, and is a 100% owned Papua New Guinea company. We are led by a committed team who actively work alongside the 147,000 river residents of the Community Mine Continuation Agreement (CMCA) corridor, living in 158 villages throughout Western Province. While working to enhance and improve everyone’s quality of life throughout Western Province, our primary focus for 2020 – 2025 is: Agribusiness (delivering the WestAgro Master Plan), building Women’s Capacity and Entrepreneurship, and enabling community Self-Sustainability. Beyond our investments and on-going programs, we are proudly achieving all outcomes in the safest possible manner, OTDF has just surpassed 2 million hours LTI free!
