I decided to take a temporary corporate detour by going independent and founded Olamae, allowing me to continue Chief of Staff-level work in a capacity that embraces both professional impact and personal pursuits. For the left side of my brain, Olamae is simply an extension of a career spent serving as a trusted consultant to Senior Leaders. I specialize in driving strategic operational transformation and efficiency by empowering clients with expert change management, guiding them through complex transitions - from scaling DTC startup operations through comprehensive Transformation PMO leadership (spanning E-commerce, Marketing, Product, Finance, Operations, and Customer functions) to seamless integration of a multi-location portfolio company, designing operational processes that improve productivity and service delivery. For the right side of my brain, Olamae is simply an extension of my deep interest in yoga and meditation. As an insured and certified 300-Hour Yoga Teacher, I enjoy not only the personal practice but also the opportunity to provide teaching services.
