About Oleificio OL.MA.

OL.MA. is a cooperative of olive growers in the Maremma region that was officially established in 1969, although the same growers had already joined forces at least a century earlier, gathering at the Madonnino oil mill. Over the years, the Cooperative has been able to organise itself and offer modern services and specific advice to its members, guaranteeing on the one hand a healthy production that respects the land, and on the other hand the possibility of seeing their work recognised also economically, avoiding waste and unsold products.
