Since 1985 our story is made of passion and love for our land.These two strong feelings, handed down from father to son for generations in the Vieste family, pushed the two brothers Giacomo and Pasquale to start working a product of great quality and delicacy such as Extra Virgin Olive Oil that could be known beyond the local borders. Today as then, the same passion guides us towards ever greater goals. Our very good Extra Virgin Olive Oil is obtained mainly through a selection of the best olives of the prized Ogliarola Garganica cultivar. Together with this we also have the excellent varieties "Coratina" and "Leccino", selected and processed according to the traditional method with stone grinders and cold pressing, or with modern two-stage continuous cycle machinery, depending on customer requirements. The olives are harvested and immediately pressed with soft pressure, which guarantees the homogeneity of the paste and the resulting oil has a very low acidity. Ogliarola Garganica has a yellow colour tending to green and has an olfactory note reminiscent of the fragrance of freshly pressed olives, followed by a sweet fruity aftertaste. In addition to extra virgin olive oil, for years the company has been dedicated to the production of natural cosmetics products, taking advantage of old traditions and new knowledge, taking advantage of the exceptional qualities of extra virgin olive oil. The products have been prepared without the use of synthetic substances but only with very pure essential oils. They do not contain dyes or substances of petrochemical origin.
