Oleomar is a technology startup carrying out an innovative project in the field of the recovery of waste from the fattening of bluefin tuna and other species of marine fish. Our project has a portfolio of nine granted invention patents including one English, German, French, Turkish, Spanish, Italian and Japanese patent. Our project overlaps between several themes including the circular economy, environmental protection, health / well-being and food / drinks. Oleomar employs 2 doctors, 2 engineers, an administrator and an accountant. she obtained, on February 3, 2020, the label of the StartupAct program from the Ministry of TIC's in Tunisia.
