Olfactory is a new brewery and tap room located in the heart of Dogpatch, San Francisco.
Olfactory was born out of a passion to create the best quality brews inspired by traditional and new age techniques. We promote creativity, collaboration, and innovation. We partner locally whenever possible. We believe beer is an agricultural product and agriculture is a community. We aim to be a good steward to our community and the environment with intentional choices in our supply chain. We take pride in our craftsmanship and dedication to quality and authenticity above all else.
