Fondata nel 2008 a Orzinuovi (BS) e frutto della fusione fra Nuova Odo e Lipofood, con produzione e commercializzazione di olii e grassi vegetali.
Nel 2019 entra a far parte del gruppo Unigrà, una realtà internazionale con sede a Conselice (RA).
Oggi il gruppo conta circa 1500 dipendenti, con un export pari al 40% del suo volume d’affari e grazie a 26 consociate estere, due plant produttivi esteri, Brasile e Malesia, 3 palnt produttivi italiani, Conselice (HQ) , Borgo San Giacomo (Olfood) e Vinci (D+F) e una numerosa rete di distributori e importatori rappresenta uno dei principali TOP player nel settore alimentare.
