Oli Mills Foundation

Oli Mills Foundation company information, Employees & Contact Information

The Oli Mills Foundation (OMF) was started in 2015 to raise money for Teenage Cancer Trust, in memory of St Albans teenager Oliver Mills, who sadly died of a brain tumour in 2005 and has raised over £485,000 to date. We are looking for businesses (Friends Of the Foundation) to join us on our journey - visit our website for information on how businesses and individuals can get involved and support the cause. Oli attended Verulam School, was an active member of Hatfield Hyde cricket club and was a fit, 18 year old with his whole life ahead of him. Nobody could have guessed he’d collapse at home one day and spend the next, final six months of his life battling a brain tumour. When Oli died at the Royal Free hospital in 2005, he was being treated on a ward with much older people, so whilst the care was first class, the environment wasn’t ideal. In the days following his funeral, his mother, Sarah, and brother, Eddie, did some research into charities to support in his name and found Teenage Cancer Trust. 100% of all donations are made to Teenage Cancer Trust using a unique reference code, which allows the team to track total donations made on behalf of the Oli Mills Foundation. Anyone who'd like to find out more can get in touch here, via the 'Contact' form on the website or via Facebook. #HopeSpringsEternal
