Peace and Olive. Olimagina is an independant producer of exceptional virgin olive oil. It is the passion of two people, for the olive trees. Rocio and Charles bought the El trueno estate in 2017 with the intention of making the purest olive oil imaginable. In 2019, Olimagina was declared one of the best olive oils in the world and received the prestigious title of GOLD AWARD 2019 at the NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition. Premium green extra virgin olive oil produced in the heart of the Sierra Mágina, Andalusia, Olimagina has a very high concentration of polyphenol. This gives the oil exceptional nutritional benefits and, of course, taste properties. On the nose there is an intense fruity aroma of green olives, with fruity nuances, such as tomato, artichoke, fig, apple, banana and freshly cut grass. Since the purchase of the olive grove, Olimagina do not use any chemicals or pesticides. They prefer quality, taste, and the preservation of the environment.
