As of this moment the following products are manufactured with the trade mark "Olinesa": finely and coarsely minced lyutenitsa, different kind of mayonnaises and emulated sauces, ketchups, jams, different kinds of canned food products, mustards, mayonnaise and milk salads, as well as bottled sunflower oil, palm oleyl and oil. Highly qualified professionals and well trained workers work in the company. The production facilities, storehouses and offices are located at an area of 200 decares in the town of Kostinbrod. At a distance of 6 km from Sofia.
The management team of "Olinesa Premium" pays special attention to the quality and safety of the manufactured food. Since 2001- The Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), has been implemented and it became a foundation for the later developed system for quality and safety ISO 9001:2000, which in 2011 transitioned into ISO 9001:2008. In 2004 The Management System for Food Safety HACCP, version "RvA 2002" was implemented and in 200- the International Food Standart (IFS) version 5 was also introduces, which in 2013 transitioned into version 6. The goal of IFS is to unify the requirements on food safety and quality. The auditing company is "Lloyds Register Quality Assurance: and the certificate is "Higher level". In 2010 the company received a certificate for the manufacture and trade with bio jams, issued by "LACON" GmbH, Germany.
