Olio is multi-racial, mixed class catering and food service cooperative that is run by members of Boston’s activist and social justice community. Olio is focused on delivering high quality, thoughtfully executed food primarily through catering, pop-up dinner events, and eventually restaurant service. We participate in a consensus decision making process and ultimately want to become a cooperative that is socially responsible through environmentally sound sourcing, paying a living a living wage, and practicing democratic self management.
