About Oliva JSC

Oliva JSC has been registered in 1991 as a state-owned single owner joint stock company. Buildcom EOOD obtained control over Oliva JSC in 2001. Oliva JSC is the top producer of crude and refined sunﬂower oil in Bulgaria. The company operates three crushing plants in Bulgaria – the first in the town of Knezha (North West Bulgaria), the second one in the town of Polski Trumbesh (North Central Bulgaria) and the third one is in the village of Razdelna (North East Bulgaria, near to Varna Port). With the three plants Oliva operates about 50% of the active oil seed crushing facilities in Bulgaria.
