1) OLIVIA Catering & Events started in 2019 and it is made both of experts that work in catering industry from more than 30 years and professionals with other backgrounds, because we think that diversity is a treasure
2) In march 2022 OLIVIA Catering & Events opens a new showroom and tasting area between Piazza della Signoria and Piazza di Santa Croce in via della Vigna Vecchia, which in italian means Old Vineyard Street, right in the heart of Florence
3) Our philosophy is that the best dishes are the simplest, for this reason we like to work with the highest quality seasonal raw ingredients reinterpretating italian cooking classics always with a touch of Tuscany
4) The Executive Chef had the honour to cook for three Italian Presidents of the Republic and to make pizza for Barack & Michelle Obama. Our Head of Catering Service has travelled all over Italy for work during his career
5) Who is Olivia? She is the demanding, attentive and inflexible owner, do not let yourselves be deceived by her tender age (3 years old): she is the real boss so watch out!
