Olive Sanctuary is a platform for women wedded to the olive greens—defence spouses navigating career breaks and seeking to return to the workforce. We support: * Spouses ready to restart their careers * Spouses already placed who wish to empower others * Defence personnel championing inclusive workplaces We also invite corporates with returnship programs to partner with us. Olive Sanctuary helps co-create tailored pathways to reintegrate defence spouses into the workforce, ensuring continuity, confidence, and career clarity. We also provide legal guidance for: * Access to civil services, local employment quotas, and documentation * Housing and tenancy challenges in civilian life * Legal support in cases of abandonment, divorce, or custody concerns * Name/address changes, dependent documents, and benefit transfers Because those who held the fort deserve a fair return to the frontlines of their own careers.
