Having worked in family-run restaurants their whole life, Mike and Betsy Oliver decided to bring their passion for locally-owned restaurants to Colorado Springs. After meeting in Vail, Mike and Betsy moved to Colorado Springs in 1983 and created Oliver's Delicatessen. Today, they still feature the same friendly service, homemade-everything and an enthusiasm for the people they serve. Mike and Betsy have three grown children: Andrew, Justin and McKenzie. The Olivers are avid dog lovers and have four labradoodles: Mia, Skye, Bailey, and Stella. Come see what has kept this local restaurant in business for 34 years!
