This hillfarm with its 2000 olive trees and own mill is a unique example of regenerative agriculture in an exceptional Provençal environment for which it has been awarded 'Valeurs Parc' from the Saint-Baume Natural Regional Park, for both its outstanding Premium Quality Organic Extra Virgin Olive oil, and its Gîte 'de charme'.
This is no ordinary olive farm in Provence. It is a magical place, hidden away from the pressures of modern life at the end of a rough stoney dirt-track which winds it's way up into the Provençal hills behind the village. It is within sight of the village, but very secluded and unspoiled, and exceptional for the astonishing variety of wild animals, insects, birds, Mediterranean flowers and forest, and a remarkable sense of peace.
