We cultivate with passion our centuries-old olive groves that rise on the ancient Via Appia Traiana in the countryside of Terlizzi in the province of Bari.
Paying extreme attention to the ideal time for harvesting, Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced by working the olives within 4 hours of harvesting using cold pressing in order to leave unchanged the organoleptic characteristics and health properties of the Olive cultivar Coratina and Ogliarola Barese.
The method of organic cultivation of our crops and the attention we place towards our territory are our guarantee for the final consumer.
