Olson Land Partners (OLP) is led by real estate developer Rick Olson, who is intent on raising the bar for senior care communities that cater to seniors’ preferences and needs. OLP is a strategic JV Partner with AIG Global Real Estate. As such, OLP is responsible for all aspects of expanding YourLife Senior Living (YL) throughout the Southeastern United States, including market evaluation, site selection, turnkey development, and operational oversight of the YL brand. The result is a smart, timeless senior living model, perfectly positioned to grow with current residents’ needs as well as expand to support the ongoing evolution of the discerning customer and future senior living market. YL communities are currently open in Pensacola and Tallahassee; opening fall 2018 in Stuart and Palm Beach Gardens; and opening in 2019 in Coconut Creek and Wildwood at The Villages. While Rick has a personal passion for the senior living sector, OLP has developed a wide variety of projects, including: retail shopping centers, restaurants, award-winning master planned communities, high-end waterfront condominiums, resorts for luxury motor coaches, and other development projects over the past 35 years. Two of the latest projects include the institutional student housing project The Next, and the newest Gulf-front luxury condominium development on Okaloosa Island, called Blu. Rick has truly built an impressive reputation for having the ability to perform in all market conditions and understands the importance of responsibly managing development budgets and schedules.
