Oluaka Institute of Technology is an accredited Innovation Enterprise Institution that awards National Innovation Diploma (NID) to qualified candidates at the end of a two-year course. Within the Institute is also the famous Heartland Incubation Hub, a world class centre for Innovation, business incubation, Skills and enterprise development with a mission to support development of technologies for solving social problems, growth of small businesses and vocational Skills in partnership with private, public and social sectors. The Academy is housed in a purposely built facility located at Obinze, Owerri, southeast Nigeria, reputed for technological innovation, vibrant small scale manufacturing, trading hubs and thriving informal business apprenticeship system, all of which the Academy is poised to accelerate.
