About Olympia Summer Academy
The Academy is co-organized by the Navarino Network, a public policy initiative based in Thessaloniki, Greece, the European International Studies Association (EISA), and the Institute of International Relations at Panteion University of Athens, with the support of the A. G. Leventis Foundation, Konrad Adenauer Stiftung, Hanns Seidel Stiftung, and, in the past, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Greece, the National Bank of Greece, the Paul & Alexandra Canellopoulos Foundation and the Kokkalis Foundation. The Academy is comprised of 4 working days of intensive, high-level teaching where carefully defined Political Science and International Studies areas are treated in depth and by faculty of international standing. The Academy aims to survey the specific fields and disseminate new research advances, to create a forum for high quality academic work and to provide opportunities for the creation and consolidation of scholarly networks of cooperation.
