The Group was founded in 2021 because of the merging of 3 partners with a combined 21 years of investing experience in the Bay of Quinte region. Ribhu Rampersad, Matthieu Leonard and Alexander Murphy all have engineering backgrounds, with heavy operations and engineering experience with Procter & Gamble. All 3 partners aim to leverage these transferable skills and local market knowledge to build Olympus into a lean property development and investment organization.
