We’re a Romania-based civil engineering design office working exclusively on infrastructure projects for the German market - railways, roads, and bridges.
Our mission is simple: deliver high-quality, precise engineering work for complex infrastructure systems, while cultivating a workplace that values autonomy, growth, and clarity.
We are a small, agile team—and we like it that way. We move faster, communicate directly, and give our people real responsibilities, not corporate busywork.
Unlike large firms, we don’t bury our engineers under layers of management. Here, junior and senior colleagues work side-by-side, sharing knowledge and growing through real project exposure.
Many of our colleagues didn’t speak German or know German market standards when they started with us. That’s fine. We offer internal German language training and mentorship designed to get engineers up to speed and confident working on German-code infrastructure.
