The in-house Continuous Particle Detection (CPD) sensor is attached to an engine, power train or high power gear box, allowing it to detect metal particles in the oil, and either manually or automatically destroying them. Early detection of metal particles is paramount for identifying potential wear to subsequently avoid catastrophic failure of the equipment. As the CPD-sensor provides continuous, real-time information of particle impurities in the oil, it allows for safe, extended operation of the equipment, extending the service interval without risking the equipment at hand.
