About Oxford Medical 3D Printing Hub

The Oxford Medical 3D Printing Hub is managed by 3D LifePrints (3DLP) and brings together several medical departments of the University of Oxford. The Hub aims to foster collaboration between academics and medical practitioners from a variety of disciplines, to translate research into novel clinical care and improved teaching. The Hub was set up with initial funding from The Oxford Biomedical Research Centre (BRC) and The Department of Physiology, Anatomy and Genetics (DPAG) and is hosted within the Botnar Research Centre by the Nuffield Department of Orthopaedics, Rheumatology and Musculoskeletal Sciences (NDORMS) as part of the University of Oxford, The initial funding has permitted the setting up of the Hub including the purchase of the requisite hardware, software, staffing and materials.
