OMEX is a commercial real estate development, leasing & management firm. We lease over 16,000 m2 of boutique office space throughout the city of Wroclaw to over 100 tenants. Our clients range from individuals to multinational corporations. We also manage over 5 hectares of development land. We have been in business since the late 1980s and since 2001, with an acquisition of Legnicka 52, we have focused exclusively on real estate. Throughout all these years, one principle remains – we build, maintain and manage our buildings as perfectionists and as principals.
