About OMI COLLECTIVE
OMI, inspired by the Yoruba word for water, is a Lagos-based design and research collective. Working multiscalarly and collaboratively, we explore design—Architecture, Urbanism, object design, experiences, and research—through memory, craft, latent knowledge systems, and ways of making. We prioritize sensitivity to design problems within their context, with recognition from Wallpaper, Goethe-Institut, Institut Français, Stockholm Furniture Fair, and D&AD Awards.
