In a single refining step using food-grade sorbents, EOASIS achieves near-zero peroxide values, removes free fatty acids (FFAs), reduces volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and anisidine values, and eliminates phosphorus, organic and inorganic arsenic, and other metals.
