I created Omni Genesis to address several needs in the Quality Engineering and Product Development world, with a specific focus on working with technologies that are either new to the market or still being developed. Many people think that Quality Assurance and Quality Engineering are the same. They are not. Quality Assurance is just one aspect that falls under the Quality Engineering umbrella. Quality Engineering encompasses everything that's required to take a product from a design on a white board to a high quality product that's been successfully delivered to the customer. Over the past 20 years, I've fulfilled several roles (often simultaneously). These include: - Managing large, dynamic teams that span multiple locations. - Product Development - Program Management - Implementing Test Management Systems - Implementing Test Automation - System Administration - Sales Engineering In order for a company to be successful, failures in any of the above items can't happen.
