Omnigen is the leading biotechnology company in Greece. We focus on stem cells storage, cell therapies and regenerative medicine. Due to the continuous scientific developments that take place in biotechnology, we invest heavily on novel technologies and very well trained and experienced personnel, creating this way one of the most modern, integrated and innovative laboratories in Europe. Due to this infrastructure, Omnigen was established in March 2006 as a leading umbilical cord stem cell bank. Due to our affinity for science and biotechnology in particular we expanded our business to other scientific and medical areas. We identified opportunities in regenerative medicine using autologous adult stem cells and growth factors. To develop and exploit the benefits of this exciting field, we work closely with doctors and we have established collaborations with major medical institutions in Greece and abroad. We are now the first company with an experience in autologous hepatopoietic stem cell transplantation and currently the only company in Greece with vast experience in autologous tranplantation of adipose derived stem cells and the application of autologous growth factors in plastic surgery, reconstructive medicine and tissue repair. We have also expanded our business in Aesthetic Medicine, Orthopaedics, Arthroplastic Surgery, Sports Medicine, Dentistry, Ulcer treatment and Ophthalmology.
