In Ängelholm, Omni Polymers produces high-quality raw material in the form of a homogeneous polyolefin granule made with flexible plastic packaging from Swedish households. This waste material has previously been incinerated, but now, the Omni Polymers plastic challenges the use of virgin plastic in new products. The granule can replace virgin plastic as a raw material in new products. It consists mostly of polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE). The product is well suited for injection molding applications. Omni Polymers has customers in several different manufacturing industries and their product applications vary. Common examples where the product is used are in industrial packaging products, and internal logistics products that support the automotive industry.
