Omnivillage

Omnivillage is a decentralized worker owned service cooperative, and all of our workers are part owners of the company. This means: there are no middlemen, there is no overhead associated with a central location, we take more responsibility for our work, and we work more efficiently, which all translate to better work and more saving for you. At Omnivillage we believe that worker owned cooperatives are a solution to the growing economic inequality in America. With the worker owned cooperative model all workers have ownership of the business, and share equally in the profit of the business. In worker cooperatives, decision-making is also democratic, so each worker has one vote, and policies can’t be determined by an investor whose only priority is profit. We believe that worker-owned cooperatives play a critical role in building community wealth, and creating quality, empowering jobs for community members, while allowing employees to accumulate wealth and build assets through having an ownership stake in the cooperative.
