Our ITALIAN based company – OMPECO srl – has been engaged for years in the construction of heavy duty machinery for the sterilization of hospital waste with high infectious risk and for the treatment of municipal solid waste. After being successful in some 25 countries, we are now also based in Dubai for the Middle East/ GCC region & covering Africa from Mauritius as well since 2016. Our flagship Patented product is THE CONVERTER, an Electro Mechanical machine that allows you to treat waste on site and that does not use chemicals, combustion, microwave or pressure to do so and does not produce any type of emission, both concerning wastewater or gas emission. The technology exploits moist heat crushing and sterilization, without the use of pressure. Inside the chamber of THE CONVERTER a temperature of 151° C is reached and this guarantees the sterilization of the treated waste.
